  • Orders: Mean a request placed by You to purchase digital goods from Us.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed and fully processed or about end as the case may be, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Conditions for Refund

In case the design is an digital design then in that case, there is no refund policy available for the party and in case, it is for physical design replacement will (as the maybe)/may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If the wrong design is delivered, the Company will replace the design.
  • The Company will provide the replacement and the Company will provide coupon, and the same shall be valid for one year. The coupon shall be provided only for the amount paid by the party/buyer.
  • The party/buyer must contact the Company via email Grievance@D4j.in within 3 hours of placing the order.
  • If there is a concern or complaint regarding the quality of the digital content after the order is processed.
  • If there is an issue with downloading the purchased digital content after successful payment and order execution.

3.1 Discretionary Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
